When using International Callback service, the server connects to your phone number and then to the phone number of the recipient you are calling at the same time. By dialing general callback access number and/or personal callback access number assigned for each contact, you listen to a ring and after hanging up for a while the system calls you back. In this case the cost for calls is composed of two directions – the outgoing call from system to your number and the call from system to the called number. Charges apply only from the moment the call is answered.
Once the Mobile Caller Service terminates the call through the mobile network and a request containing all source/access/destination numbers is sent to the Mobile Caller server, a message will appear notifying how much credit is remaining. If there is enough balance, the call will be established, otherwise the account needs to be credited prior to using Callback service.
In case no internet connection is available at the time of calling, customers get notified of this through a notification message letting them establish the call in any case through the mobile network. Once the confirmation of this request is delivered to the server, both the calling and the called party receive calls and get connected.
